Reiki Classes
Usui Reiki Level 1
In this level you will be attuned to the Reiki Energy and learn the basics of Reiki healing.
The First Degree Level 1 class is a combination of history, theory and hands on experience. You will learn the history of Reiki, the energy system, the nature of the Reiki energy, the Reiki ethics, the Reiki principles or precepts, the Reiki hand positions, how to do a self-healing and how to provide healing for others including plants and animals.

Usui Reiki Level 2
The second level of Reiki requires further attunements allowing you to channel more energy and become more efficient at channeling Reiki. At this level, the focus is on learning more advanced techniques by using the healing symbols for mental and emotional healing and on sending Reiki from a distance. Level 2 allows for a more complete healing as most physical illnesses start in the mental and emotional field. Many people find after a Level 2 attunement their intuition becomes more pronounced and they feel more connected. Most Reiki practitioners working in a professional setting have Level 2 or higher.

This level focuses on expanding your Reiki knowledge and learning the skills needed to teach and guide others in the beautiful art of Reiki. The Master level increases your healing frequency and enhances your intuition levels. Many people feel drawn to become a Reiki Master and may never teach others. You will be guided by your own intuition on what path feels right for you.
